Teacher Training

As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I offer courses which deepen the daily spiritual practice of yoga, the Sadhana, beyond the physical asana performed on the mat. This content is for everybody and qualifies for Continuing Education Hours (CEH) for current Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) and Yoga Humanities (philosophy, lifestyle, & ethics) classroom hours for Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs. Sign up to be notified by email when the next one is offered or message me to bring it to your shala.
