Join us for an uplifting monthly discussion group to explore how the principles of yoga can be applied in our everyday life. This is a FREE, drop-in group that meets for one hour on the first Saturday of the month from 5:30-6:30pm. We welcome new students as it is a starting point for more study, building good community with people committed to seeing each other's intrinsic greatness, and dissolving the sense of separateness.
